Welcome to FiscalData. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by FiscalData at fiscaldatas.com, located at 23 Ruiz de Alarcon Street, 28014 Madrid, Spain.

1. Scope of Services

We provide Tax analytics and support services designed to assist individuals and businesses in managing their obligations and documentation. Services may include advisory sessions, data analysis reports, and personalized consultations. Access to services begins upon confirmation of payment and completed onboarding procedures.

2. Information Products

FiscalData may offer digital information products, including guides, templates, and tutorials. Delivery of information products occurs via email or direct download links provided after purchase. Access is granted for a personal, nontransferable use. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

3. Goods

FiscalData may sell physical goods such as printed guides and resource kits. Shipment details and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Ownership passes upon successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

FiscalData maintains an extended refund policy tailored to each offering:

• Services: You may request a refund within 14 days of the service purchase date if no advisory session or report has been delivered. Refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 10 business days. After 14 days or after service delivery, fees are nonrefundable unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Information Products: Digital products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Requests must be submitted via contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
• Goods: Physical items may be sent back or replaced within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Shipping costs for being sent back are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the sent item.

Cancellations or modifications to scheduled services can be requested up to 48 hours before the appointment. Approved changes may be accommodated without additional charges, subject to availability.

Certain specialized consulting packages are final sale due to the individualized nature of the engagement. Such exceptions are clearly indicated at time of purchase and no refunds or transfers apply to those packages.

5. Service Transfer

When permitted, service credits may be transferred to an alternate date or to another individual within your organization. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service via contact form. Transfer requests submitted later may incur a rescheduling fee or may be declined.
